chrome.storage.local). We do not collect, transmit, or store your task content on any external servers.
B. License & Subscription Data (Gumroad)
If you upgrade to Pro:
- Information Handled: Your license key is stored locally in your browser (
chrome.storage.local) to maintain your Pro status. - Verification: The license key is sent directly to Gumroad's verification API (
https://api.gumroad.com/v2/licenses/verify) to confirm purchase validity.
C. Local Extension Settings
- Information Handled: Pomodoro timer settings, widget visibility, wallpapers, and feature usage counters are saved exclusively in your browser’s
chrome.storage.local. - Processing: This data never leaves your device.
2. Data Sharing and Third-Party Services
We do not sell, trade, rent, or monetize your personal data or extension usage data to any third party under any circumstances.
We interact only with the following external service as part of core app functionality:
- Gumroad API: Validates license keys directly between your browser and Gumroad (
https://api.gumroad.com).
3. Data Retention and Security
- All personal data (tasks, settings, timer states) is kept locally on your device.
- You can remove all data created by the extension at any time by uninstalling the extension or clearing your browser extension storage.
